FAQ

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

In order to see change in your body and lifestyle habits it will take at least 90 days but you will feel better almost immediately. I guarrantee within the first 30 days your energy has doubled if not tripled. if not ill happily refund you.


HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?

This can be a funny one as everyone has different circumstances, once on board we will have a chat and make it work for you but still get you moving as much as possible but not only to help aid fat lose. to give you that release from a busy hectic day.


WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?

We will be using a flexible dieting approach. You will be tracking your calories. There will be no restriction on any food. We have templates to follow and they can consist of your favourite nutritious foods. We do NOT give you sins, you get to eat your favourite foods and we teach you boundaries and a health mindset with food.


HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TRAIN

You will be provided with a personalised training program that should be performed ideally at least 2-3 times a week depending on your worload for the week.


WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?

You will budget in a certain amount of calories to allow for the meal and not worry about tracking it. We have systems in place from banking calories throughout the week to varying the distribution of calories over the course of the day.


DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?

The only main two areas we will be focussing on is calories & protein to start with. when we tap into your full potential over tiem then yes we will focus more on carbs and fats(thats when the bucket list targets get hit) but for phase 1 of the programme you dont need to stress about that


WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE ZOOM CALLS ON A THURSDAY

Dont worry about that too much. ofcourse it would be great to have you there live however if there is barrier or circumstances that hinder you from being in the live we record every live an upload it to both the FB members area and our very own app which you will have your own log in details
